This program focuses on creating healthy lifestyle habits for you to add into your current routine. Each week you will have a specific task which will be built upon from week to week. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have created 4 healthy habits that your body will crave!

 

You will be given 3 full workouts (one upper body, one lower body, and one total body), 2 core challenges, and 3 recipes to try each week. There is a weekly calendar to plan out your workouts and meals, as well as informational pages I created that will assist you through this program.
